5 Tía Rosa® wheat flour tortillas
3 beefsteaks, very thin
10 milliliters Maggi seasoning, for seasoning the steak
2 pinches ground pepper, for seasoning the steak
500 milliliters vegetable oil, 20 milliliters for frying the steak and the rest for frying the potatoes
2 tomatoes, cut into thin wedges
1 cucumber, cut into thin strips
5 potatoes, cut into thin sticks

season the steak with Maggi sauce and fry in a little very hot oil, just make sure to turn it twice.
Heat the rest of the oil and fry your potatoes as usual.
