Beef Syncronizada with Chipotle and Tomato Sauce.

  • 6 Tía Rosa® wheat flour tortillas
  • 5 beefsteaks, cut into small cubes
  • 6 tomatoes, 3 finely chopped, and the rest is for the sauce.
  • 1/2 white onions, 1/4 finely chopped, and the rest is for the sauce.
  • 4 chipotle chiles in adobo sauce, finely chopped
  • 30 milliliters vegetable oil
  • 3 pinches salt
  • 2 pinches ground pepper

  • Fry the steak until well cooked and add the finely chopped onion, the finely chopped tomato, and finally the chipotle pepper. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Blend the remaining tomato and onion and fry this sauce with a little oil; season with salt and pepper at the end.
