  • 1 package Saladitas® saltine crackers
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 kilo ball steak
  • salt
  • pepper
  • vegetable oil, for frying
  • French fries, to accompany
  • broccoli, cooked
  • carrot, cooked

  • Blend the crackers for 30 seconds or until you achieve a breadcrumb texture. Place on a flat plate and set aside.
  • Beat the eggs with salt and pepper. Set aside.
  • Place the steaks in the beaten egg, drain, and coat with the crushed crackers. Press with your hands to compact. Set aside.
  • Fry the breaded steaks in a skillet with hot oil for 5 minutes. Drain on absorbent paper to remove excess fat and set aside.
  • Serve and accompany with French fries and cooked vegetables.
