An excellent option for lunchtime when you're in a hurry is this chorizo burrito with black beans and tomato. Prepare an arbol chili sauce to accompany them: Easy, quick, and economical!

  • 5 Tía Rosa® wheat flour tortillas
  • 150 grams chorizo
  • 4 tomatoes, 2 pieces cut into strips for the burritos and the rest for the sauce.
  • 1/8 garlic and onions
  • 4 dried árbol chiles, softened in hot water
  • 150 grams black beans, cooked
  • 1 romaine lettuce, only the leaves, washed, disinfected, and dried
  • 50 milliliters low-fat mayonnaise
  • 2 pinches salt
  • 1 pinch ground pepper
  • 10 milliliters vegetable oil

  • Heat oil in a pan and fry the chorizo until it is well cooked and browned, remove and set aside.
  • Grind the tomato for the sauce with the garlic, onion, and chili with a little of the water where the chiles were softened, fry and season.
  • Heat the Tía Rosa® Tortillinas®, place a lettuce leaf, spread mayonnaise, arbol chili sauce, beans, and chorizo.
