5 Tía Rosa® wheat flour tortillas
150 grams chorizo
4 tomatoes, 2 pieces cut into strips for the burritos and the rest for the sauce.
1/8 garlic and onions
4 dried árbol chiles, softened in hot water
150 grams black beans, cooked
1 romaine lettuce, only the leaves, washed, disinfected, and dried
50 milliliters low-fat mayonnaise
2 pinches salt
1 pinch ground pepper
10 milliliters vegetable oil

Heat oil in a pan and fry the chorizo until it is well cooked and browned, remove and set aside.
Grind the tomato for the sauce with the garlic, onion, and chili with a little of the water where the chiles were softened, fry and season.
Heat the Tía Rosa® Tortillinas®, place a lettuce leaf, spread mayonnaise, arbol chili sauce, beans, and chorizo.
