Five Meat Cake

Delicious beef meatloaf with cold cuts, a bit of white wine, and some other ingredients that give it an unmatched flavor! It can be accompanied by vegetables, salad, or potatoes.

  • 1 kilo ground beef
  • 1/2 kilos turkey deli ham, finely minced
  • 1/2 kilos turkey sausage, finely chopped or crushed
  • 1 package turkey bacon, low-fat finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 onion, medium finely chopped
  • 3 tablespoons Maggi seasoning sauce
  • 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 5 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1/3 cups white wine
  • 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 1/2 packages salty cracker, finely crushed or crumbled crackers
  • 1 tablespoon chicken seasoning, granulated
  • breadcrumbs, for the mold

  • Preheat the oven to 200ºC, mix all the ingredients well in a bowl, grease a rectangular baking pan, add breadcrumbs to prevent sticking or line it with aluminum foil and then grease it. Spread the mixture evenly so that it is not too thick. Bake in the oven for 30-40 minutes (check for doneness)
  • Once it has cooked perfectly, serve it.
