For that voracious craving, we share this spectacular giant hamburger recipe, made with the best selection of Proan pork picanha, different cheeses, and French fries—don't forget to pair it with onion rings!
In a bowl, add the rub ingredients and mix until combined.
Lightly cut the picanha on the fat side, add a little oil, rub the Proan® pork picanha on both sides and let it rest for 15 minutes.
Seal the meat on the grill over direct heat for 10 minutes on each side. Cook over indirect heat for 2 hours.
Use a brush to coat the meat with BBQ sauce, add the cheeses, and cook for an additional 5 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.
Heat the hamburger bun until golden brown on both sides. Set aside.
Cut a portion of the hamburger bun using a 10 cm diameter cutter.
Spread mayonnaise on one of the buns, place the meat with the cheeses, add the fried bacon, and top with the other half of the hamburger bun. On the cut side, add the French fries.
Serve the giant hamburger with onion rings and coleslaw.
