Homemade Meatballs

  • Soak the bread in the milk. Set aside. In a bowl, add the pork and beef, chopped onion, minced garlic, egg, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper to taste. Remove the bread from the milk and add it to the mixture; as well as the Hunt's® Original BBQ Sauce to taste.

Form meatballs approximately 3 centimeters in circumference, and coat them with flour.
  • Preheat a skillet with oil for 5 minutes, fry the meatballs for 5 minutes, turning them until they are evenly browned, and set aside to drain excess oil. In a skillet, pour in Hunt's® Original BBQ Sauce and add the meatballs, cooking for 5 minutes.
  • Serve and accompany with rice.
