Hunt's Lamb Ribs

Juicy lamb ribs seasoned with a Middle Eastern spice blend and marinated in yogurt, accompanied by a sweet and spiced sweet spice sauce. Dare to travel to the other side of the world by simply tasting this delicious dish. Ideal for a special occasion.

  • 1 kilo rack of lamb
  • 200 grams Hunt´S ® honey bbq sauce
  • 250 grams red onion
  • 250 grams yogurt, natural, sugar-free
  • 100 grams sour cream
  • 40 grams thyme
  • 5 grams cumin
  • 15 grams cilantro seeds
  • 30 grams cardamom
  • 10 grams paprika
  • 10 grams cinnamon powder
  • 10 grams black pepper
  • 17 grams salt
  • 40 grams olive oil
  • 30 grams butter
  • 1 kilo tomato
  • 10 grams garlic
  • 50 grams raw sugar

  • Clean the rack of ribs leaving the bones clean. Season the ribs with 7g of salt and 5g of pepper. Set aside.
  • In the food processor or blender, add the garlic, onion, tomatoes, cream, yogurt, Hunt's® Honey BBQ Sauce, paprika, cumin, cardamom, coriander seeds, ground cinnamon, thyme, the rest of the pepper, and the rest of the salt; blend until you obtain a thick sauce.
  • Marinate the ribs for 24 hours.
  • Preheat the oven to 200°C. Remove the ribs from the marinade.
  • Brush the ribs with olive oil, place in a baking dish, and bake at 160°C for 25 minutes.
  • While the ribs are baking, heat a pot and melt the butter, add the marinade from the ribs and cook for 10 minutes, when the color of the sauce changes to a brown tone add the brown sugar and cook for 5 more minutes.
  • Cut the rack of ribs and serve with the sauce.
