Juicy lamb ribs seasoned with a Middle Eastern spice blend and marinated in yogurt, accompanied by a sweet and spiced sweet spice sauce. Dare to travel to the other side of the world by simply tasting this delicious dish. Ideal for a special occasion.
Clean the rack of ribs leaving the bones clean. Season the ribs with 7g of salt and 5g of pepper. Set aside.
In the food processor or blender, add the garlic, onion, tomatoes, cream, yogurt, Hunt's® Honey BBQ Sauce, paprika, cumin, cardamom, coriander seeds, ground cinnamon, thyme, the rest of the pepper, and the rest of the salt; blend until you obtain a thick sauce.
Marinate the ribs for 24 hours.
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Remove the ribs from the marinade.
Brush the ribs with olive oil, place in a baking dish, and bake at 160°C for 25 minutes.
While the ribs are baking, heat a pot and melt the butter, add the marinade from the ribs and cook for 10 minutes, when the color of the sauce changes to a brown tone add the brown sugar and cook for 5 more minutes.
Cut the rack of ribs and serve with the sauce.
