2 kilos meat, lamb or sheep
5 dried guajillo chiles, without veins or seeds
1 bunch aromatic herbs
1/4 onions
1/2 heads garlic, cut in half
3 carrots, in slices
salt, to taste
200 grams chickpeas
3 allspice berries
2 liters water

In a pressure cooker with water, add carrots, chickpeas, chiles, onions, herbs, garlic, and salt.
Place a base at the bottom of the pot to separate the meat from the liquid.
Introduce the meat, cover the pressure cooker, and cook for 50 minutes.
Let the pot cool, release the steam, open it, and serve the barbecue.
