Polish Meat BBQ

This is a typical recipe from the state of Tabasco, where shredded beef, Hunt's® Original BBQ Sauce, ketchup, cabbage, salt to taste, onion, and butter are used. You can accompany this dish with your preferred side. It can also be eaten cold, it's simple and delicious.

  • 500 grams beef
  • 360 grams Hunt´S ® original bbq sauce
  • 370 grams ketchup
  • 1 cabbage, small
  • 1 onion 1 onion

  • chipotle chile, optional

  • Cook the meat with water, a slice of onion, and salt to taste.
  • Slice the cabbage and the rest of the onion. Sauté with the butter.
  • Blend the sauces, the chipotle pepper (optional) and set aside.
  • Once the onion and cabbage are sautéed, add the shredded meat and the sauce mixture. Check the salt, let it boil for 10 minutes, then remove from heat.
  • Serve.
