  • To marinate the meat: Place the meat in a container with the chopped garlic, chop the same amount of onion and add it, along with the lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Begin to mix with the meat, incorporating the Hunt's ® Original BBQ Sauce, so that all the chops are well coated with the ingredients. Once they have taken on the color of the sauce, cover the container and set aside (15 min to marinate).
  • Preheat the oven to 180° C (the time the chops are marinating). Slice the onions, and julienne the peppers and carrots.
  • Spray the container where you will bake the chops with cooking spray; you can also use butter, but it might lose the flavor of the sauce, so it’s preferable to use cooking spray; this way you won’t waste any and it's important not to use too much since the peppers and carrots will release their juices while cooking. Place the potatoes, carrots, peppers, and onions in a baking dish; they should also be seasoned with salt and pepper.
  • Once the marinating time for the chops has passed, place them over the vegetables, as they will release the flavor of the sauce onto the side dish while cooking. Also, pour any remaining sauce from the container where you placed the chops and bake for 30 min. Done; Enjoy your meal!!
