Ingredients: 1 cup Hunt´S ® original bbq sauce; cooking spray; 600 grams pork chops; 1/2 onions; 3 cloves garlic; 500 grams new potatoes, precooked; 2 limes, just the juice; 2 bell peppers; 3 carrots; salt and pepper

To marinate the meat: Place the meat in a container with the chopped garlic, chop the same amount of onion and add it, along with the lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Begin to mix with the meat, incorporating the Hunt's ® Original BBQ Sauce, so that all the chops are well coated with the ingredients. Once they have taken on the color of the sauce, cover the container and set aside (15 min to marinate). Preheat the oven to 180° C (the time the chops are marinating). Slice the onions, and julienne the peppers and carrots.
