Ripe Banana Cake

  • 30 bananas, ripe
  • 500 grams Gouda cheese
  • 500 grams ground beef
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1/4 onions
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • salt, to taste

  • Prepare the ground meat as follows: Chop the onion into small cubes and fry until translucent.
  • Add the ground meat. Season with salt and pepper to taste and fry.
  • Add the chopped tomato and keep over heat until fully cooked.
  • Set aside.
  • Prepare the banana dough: in a bowl, mash the 30 bananas until a uniform dough is obtained.
  • In a deep square baking dish, place a layer of banana dough. Approximately half of the dough.
  • Add a layer of grated gouda cheese.
  • Place the ground meat mixture (without vegetables).
  • Add the remaining banana dough.
  • Cover with grated gouda cheese.
  • Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes or until the cheese is golden.
