2 cups tomato, in slices
4 slices Mozzarella cheese

1/2 cups olives, in halves

Heat a skillet with oil. Meanwhile, season the steaks with salt on both sides. When the skillet is hot, cook the steaks on both sides, but be careful not to dry them out. Set aside. Then, quickly pass the slices of ham through the same skillet and set aside.
Open the bread and toast it a little, meanwhile prepare the mayonnaise with olives and pickles. Once the bread is toasted, spread the prepared mayonnaise on both halves.
Place the lettuce, tomato, meat, ham, mozzarella cheese, egg, and olives on the bottom half of the bread. Then, cover with the top half of the bread and serve with French fries; serve the Uruguayan chivito immediately!
