Add the ground meat, egg, onion, parsley, garlic, seasoning sauce, and breadcrumbs in a bowl, then season with garlic salt and pepper. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly.
Grease a small rectangular microwave-safe dish with oil and arrange the bacon slices at the bottom, covering everything, then pour in the meat.
Take a horizontal glass, make a hole in the center of the meat, and fill it with cheese. Place another layer of bacon and glaze with BBQ sauce.
Cook in the microwave for 5 minutes, alternating in 2-minute intervals, just until the bacon is lightly browned and the cheese has melted.
Unmold the bacon meatloaf and decorate with cherry tomatoes around.
