Add the ground meat, egg, onion, parsley, garlic, seasoning sauce, and breadcrumbs in a bowl, then season with garlic salt and pepper. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly. Grease a small rectangular microwave-safe dish with oil and arrange the bacon slices at the bottom, covering everything, then pour in the meat.
