  • 12 flour tortillas
  • 500 grams beef, or pork
  • 1 serrano chile
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 1 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

  • 1 cup pineapple
  • 1 lime, cut in half

  • Preheat the oven to 180°
  • Sauté the meat cut into strips or chunks in oil, add 1/2 cup of pineapple chunks, and a little salt and pepper.
  • Chop all the vegetables and set aside.
  • Add the onions, bell peppers, and then add the chopped garlic and chili; once the vegetables are cooked, season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with chopped cilantro.
  • Place the other 1/2 cup of pineapple chunks with the flour tortillas in a baking dish and bake for 6 minutes.
