  • 2 cups Tomato Sauce for Seasoning EMBASA®
  • 1 cup raw sugar
  • 2 tablespoons seasoning sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 cups apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 tablespoons butter, in small cubes
  • 2 cups chicken breast, cooked and shredded
  • burrito-sized flour tortilla
  • 1 cup American cheese, shredded

  • In a pot, combine EMBASA® Tomato Dressing Sauce, sugar, seasoning juice, Worcestershire sauce, and apple cider vinegar and cook over low heat for 10 minutes. Then, add paprika, onion, and pepper and mix. Cook for 5 more minutes. Set aside.
  • Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat, add the chicken and brown for 5 minutes. Pour in the sauce and cook over low heat for 5 minutes.
  • Fill the burrito tortillas with some BBQ chicken and cheese. Fold two sides and roll up. Repeat the same process until all the filling is used.
  • Melt butter in a griddle and brown the chimichangas over low heat for 5 minutes.
  • Serve the chimichangas and accompany with French fries.
