500 grams bacon
1 kilo beefsteak
4 tomatillos
2 cloves garlic
2 serrano chiles
1/2 onions
1 tablespoon granulated chicken bouillon
2 cups black beans, from the pot
salt, to taste
black pepper, to taste
fresh cilantro, chopped to taste
onions, chopped to taste
vegetable oil, necessary amount

Dry the steak with Pétalo® Paper Towels, season with salt and pepper, and cut it into small cubes.
Cut the bacon, add it to a hot pot with oil.
Once the bacon is browned, add the steak. Cook for 10 minutes.
Blend the tomato, garlic, chiles, onion, and chicken broth. Add a little water. Blend.
Add the sauce to the meat. Cook for 20 minutes. Cover the preparation with Pétalo® Cling Film to prevent it from cooling down.
Serve with beans, chopped cilantro, and chopped onion. Present the dish accompanied by Pétalo® Napkins.
