Beef Tinga Tacos

  • 2 cups onion, into thin strips
  • 1 1/2 cups chicken broth
  • 4 tomatoes, into quarters
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 3 cups beef , flank, cooked and shredded
  • salt
  • ground black pepper
  • Mexican red rice, for serving
  • pot beans, for serving

  • Blend the tomato, chicken broth, and chipotle pepper for 5 minutes and set aside.
  • Heat the vegetable oil in a pot over medium heat, add the onion and cook for 5 minutes. When it is slightly golden, add the meat and the broth, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 10 minutes over medium heat.
  • Serve the beef tinga in the same pot and accompany with tortillas, rice, beans, and Sidral Mundet® Peach flavor.
