Campechano Street Taco

  • 1 cup longaniza
  • 3 cups beefsteak
  • 1/2 cups xoconostle sauce Herdez®
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 12 corn tortillas
  • 1 cup green onion
  • 1 cup pork rinds
  • avocado, for accompaniment
  • lime, for accompaniment

  • In a skillet, fry the longaniza until it releases its fat, then add the steaks and add the Herdez® Xoconostle Sauce, cook for a couple more minutes. Reserve.
  • In a grill with oil, cook the green onions.
  • Serve the taco with the steak, longaniza, chicharrón, avocado, and green onion. Accompany with limes. Enjoy.
