10 corn tortillas
4 Poblano chiles, roasted, peeled, and deveined
sour cream, necessary amount
cow's milk, necessary amount
200 grams Oaxaca cheese
1/4 cups toasted sesame seeds
1 pinch salt
salt with onion, and ground pepper
1/2 cups Oléico® safflower oil

Cut two chiles into strips and make tacos filled with the strips and cheese, fry them, and set aside. Add a little salt to the chiles.
In a pan, add Oléico oil, sauté the onion, and fry the other two chiles with the onion.
Pour into the blender, add cream, milk, a little garlic salt, onion salt, and pepper. Blend.
Place the tacos on a plate, drizzle with cream, and garnish with sesame seeds.
