In a pot, cook the green tomatoes along with the chiles, onion, and garlic clove. Let it boil for about 5 minutes.
Remove the seeds from the chiles.
Place the tomatoes, onion, garlic, chiles, parsley, and avocado in the blender with a little of the cooking water. Blend until all the ingredients are integrated.
Add a tablespoon of olive oil to the saucepan, heat over high heat, add the previous sauce and mix well, lower the heat and let it simmer for 10 minutes.
Add the chicharrón in pieces into the sauce. Mix well and serve hot.
