  • 6 tomatoes
  • 1/4 onions
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 3 guajillo chiles, seedless and deveined
  • 1 serrano chile, without stem
  • 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro
  • salt
  • vegetable oil
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 3 cups pork rinds, in pieces
  • 12 Charras® original flavor yellow tostadas
  • 1 1/2 cups refried beans
  • avocado, in slices, for garnish
  • red onion, sliced, for garnish
  • serrano chile, in slices, for garnish

  • In a pot with boiling water and salt, cook the tomatoes with the onion, garlic, chilies, and cilantro for 20 minutes.
  • Blend the vegetables until you get a sauce and cook in a pot with a little oil until it boils. Add the chicken broth and the chicharrón, cook for 10 minutes, and remove from heat.
