Chicken Meatballs with Bacon and Cheddar in Green Sauce

  • 1/2 kilos ground meat, chicken

  • For the meatballs, cook the FUD® Diced Bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Mix the ground chicken in a bowl with the bacon, salt, and pepper to taste. Form the meatballs, filling them with FUD® Ham and a bit of FUD® Shredded Cheddar Cheese.
  • Bread the meatballs by dipping them in egg and breadcrumbs.
  • Heat a small pot over medium heat with oil and fry the meatballs until they are thoroughly cooked. Drain on paper towels and set aside.
  • For the sauce, heat a skillet over medium heat with the oil and fry the garlic with the onion, tomatoes, and serrano chili until golden brown, then add the broth and cook for 15 minutes, remove from heat and blend with cilantro, keep warm.
  • Serve your meatballs over the green sauce and enjoy.
