  • 4 chicken cutlets
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs
  • salt and pepper
  • Capullo® Soy , for frying
  • 1/4 onions
  • 5 tomatillos
  • 2 serrano chiles
  • 1/4 bunches baking cup
  • salt
  • 1/4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 cups nopal salad
  • corn tortillas
  • cilantro leaves, for garnish

  • Place the flour on a flat plate, and the milk, egg, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper on another plate.Dredge the chicken milanesa in the flour, then dip into the milk and egg mixture, and finally coat with breadcrumbs. Repeat the same process with all the milanesa and set aside.
  • Fry the milanesa in a pot with enough Capullo® Soy oil over medium heat for 10 minutes or until cooked and golden brown. Remove and place on a plate lined with paper towels. Cut the milanesa into strips and set aside.
  • For the green sauce: blend the onion, tomatillo, serrano pepper, cilantro, salt, and broth. Set aside.
  • Serve the chicken milanesa tacos with a little nopal salad and green sauce.
