Place the flour on a flat plate, and the milk, egg, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper on another plate.

Dredge the chicken milanesa in the flour, then dip into the milk and egg mixture, and finally coat with breadcrumbs. Repeat the same process with all the milanesa and set aside. Fry the milanesa in a pot with enough Capullo® Soy oil over medium heat for 10 minutes or until cooked and golden brown. Remove and place on a plate lined with paper towels. Cut the milanesa into strips and set aside.
