Cochinada Tacos

The famous cochinada tacos have become an icon of Chilanga cuisine thanks to Tacos Beto Los De Cochinada, where they are made with the leftovers from the tacos that are prepared and then seasoned with onion, cilantro, lime juice, and sauce.If you love tacos, then dare to try a good cochinada taco at home and pair it with a Sidral Mundet® Strawberry Kiwi.

  • 1 cup leftover steak
  • 1 cup sausage leftovers
  • 8 tortillas
  • onion, chopped
  • parsley, chopped
  • salsa
  • lime

  • Melt the lard in a skillet and sauté the leftover steak and sausage for 5 minutes or until very golden.
  • Heat the tortillas and fill them with the crispy and golden meat.
  • Serve the cochinada tacos and add onion, parsley, sauce, and lime juice.
