  • For the jalapeño mayonnaise: add cream cheese, mayonnaise, jalapeño peppers, and mustard to a bowl, then season with salt and pepper. Process all the ingredients with an immersion blender until well integrated. Set aside.
  • Cut the edges off the slices of bread with a serrated knife. Set aside.
  • Place the slices of bread on a plate or base, trying to keep them as close together as possible, then add the jalapeño dressing and spread it over all the bread with a spatula. Next, add slices of ham and yellow cheese, place another layer of bread slices, spread a bit of jalapeño dressing, add the pepperoni slices, another layer of bread, dressing, and add the mortadella. Finally, cover with a layer of sandwich bread.
  • Add the remaining dressing over the entire sandwich and spread with a serrated spatula. Decorate with red and green bell peppers, mortadella, and pepperoni.
  • Cut a slice of cold cuts sandwich and enjoy it with pickled peppers.
