Drowned Chicken Tacos with Red Sauce

3 serrano chiles, (for the sauce)
1/2 onions, (for the sauce)
2 cloves garlic, (for the sauce)
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1/2 cups chicken broth
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoons pepper
12 corn tortillas
1 chicken breast
1 1/2 cups vegetable oil
1/2 cups lettuce, chopped
1/2 cups sour cream
1/2 cups red salsa
1/2 cups queso fresco

On a griddle, roast the sauce ingredients. Blend for 3 minutes with a little chicken broth.
In a small pot over high heat, heat the oil and fry the sauce. Add more broth and let it cook for 5 minutes. Season and set aside.
Assemble the tacos by filling the tortillas with chicken and securing them with a toothpick.
In a deep skillet, heat the oil and fry the tacos until golden. Drain them on paper towels.
Serve and garnish with lettuce, cream, sauce, and cheese.
