Drowned Tacos in Guajillo Sauce and Gratin Cheese

Feeling like a Mexican snack? This is an excellent recipe that will satisfy your craving; prepare a delicious guajillo chili sauce that will give it the exact spiciness and gratin them with some manchego cheese for the right texture and flavor. They are the best option!

  • 6 Tía Rosa® wheat flour tortillas
  • 300 grams panela cheese, fat-free roast
  • 10 guajillo chiles, deveined and softened in hot water
  • 2 tomatoes, cut into 4
  • 1/8 garlic and onions
  • 6 Manchego cheese, in slices

  • Blend the chiles, tomatoes, onion, and garlic with a little liquid and fry this sauce with a tablespoon of oil, seasoning with salt and pepper at the end.
  • Warm the Tía Rosa® Tortillinas® and place the roast to wrap them like a taco.
  • Place them in a container or plate that can withstand oven temperature, sauce them, and add two slices of cheese to gratin them for approximately 5 minutes.
