Easy Cream Strips

  • 1 package Poblano chile strips, frozen
  • 2 white onions
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 glass cow's milk
  • 450 milliliters sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons chicken broth
  • salt, to taste
  • white peppers, to taste
  • extra virgin olive oils, necessary amount

  • Remove the package of poblano pepper strips from the freezer. Place the package in a bowl of water to thaw quickly.
  • Slice the onions into rings. Finely chop the garlic.
  • Add the oil to a skillet, once hot, add the onion and reduce the heat to low. When the onion is translucent, add the garlic, stirring continuously to prevent the garlic from burning.
  • Drain the liquid from the strips and add them to the skillet. Cook for 10 minutes.
  • In a bowl, mix the milk, cream, chicken broth, salt, and pepper. Incorporate this mixture into the skillet. Once it reaches a boil, turn off the heat.
