3 cups potato, in medium cubes, cooked
1/2 cups cuaresmeño chile, in thin strips
salt
ground black pepper

Heat the oil in a pot over medium heat, add the onion and cook for 5 minutes. When it is slightly golden, add the chorizo and brown for 10 minutes.
When the chorizo is well browned, add the potatoes and the cuaresmeño chili, season with salt, and cook for 5 more minutes,
Serve in the same pot and accompany with tortillas, rice, beans, and Sidral Mundet® Apple - Peach.
