200 grams pumpkin
2 ears corn
1 kilo pork, (pork knuckle and spine)
200 grams green beans
100 grams pasilla chile
1/2 cups water
1 clove garlic
100 grams onion
30 grams salt
10 grams pepper, fat
30 grams fresh epazote

Peel and slice the xoconostle.
Cut the zucchini into sticks.
Remove the husk from the corn and cut into three pieces.
Trim the ends of the green beans.
Soak the chiles in hot water.
Blend the chiles with water, garlic, onion, pepper, and salt.
In the pressure cooker, add water, the meat, the corn, the xoconostle, and the sauce.
Cover and cook for 30 minutes. Uncover and add the zucchini, green beans, and epazote; heat for 20 more minutes. Serve hot.
