This burrito is completely different from the others; it is filled with beans and cotija cheese that will give it all the necessary flavor. Pair it with a delicious cooked green sauce; it will perfectly combine with the texture of the flour tortillas.
Heat the Tía Rosa® Tortillinas® and add refried beans and two sticks of cheese, wrap it up and secure with a toothpick to prevent the filling from coming out.
Blend the tomato, chili, garlic, and onion without liquid and fry with a little oil, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 10 minutes over medium heat.
Heat the oil and fry the burritos, stirring constantly so they brown evenly and don’t burn. Remove and drain before serving.
Place green sauce in a deep plate, put the fried burrito on top of the sauce, and add cheddar cheese and cream.
