  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 cup chorizo
  • 1/2 cups onion, finely chopped
  • 2 potatoes, cooked
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 500 grams corn masa flour
  • 2 tablespoons lard
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • water
  • vegetable oil, for frying
  • red salsa
  • sour cream
  • grated cheese
  • cilantro
  • 1 Sidral Mundet® Apple flavor

  • Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the chorizo and onion until golden. Add the cooked potatoes and mash, then season with salt and pepper and cook until obtaining a homogeneous mixture. Let cool and set aside.
  • In a bowl, mix the corn flour, lard, water, and salt until integrated and obtain a smooth and homogeneous dough.
  • Place a portion of dough in a tortilla press, flatten, and fill with the potatoes and chorizo. Close the edges from the outside in to form a triangle.
  • Fry the tetelas in a pot with enough oil for 5 minutes. Drain on absorbent paper to remove excess oil.
  • Serve this garnacha with red sauce and cheese and accompany with Sidral Mundet® Apple flavor.
