3 beefsteaks, thin
2 tomatoes, cooked
1/8 garlic and onions, cooked
3 dried árbol chiles, fried
50 milliliters sour cream
1 romaine lettuce, washed, disinfected, and dried leaves
10 milliliters vegetable oil
2 pinches salt
1 pinch ground pepper
