Homemade Ranch Eggs

3 tomatoes, (for the sauce)
3 serrano chiles, (for the sauce)
1/4 onions, (for the sauce)
1 clove garlic, (for the sauce)
1 tablespoon vegetable oil, (for the sauce)
1 tablespoon salt
1/2 teaspoons pepper, (for the sauce)
4 tablespoons vegetable oil
8 corn tortillas
8 eggs
1/2 teaspoons salt
1/4 teaspoons pepper
1/2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 can beans, (440 g)

On a griddle over medium heat, roast the tomatoes, chilies, onion, and garlic.
Blend the ingredients until you obtain a homogeneous mixture.
Heat the oil in a small pot over medium heat, and add the sauce. Let it come to a boil and fry for 5 minutes. Season and set aside.
In a skillet over medium heat, heat the oil and fry the corn tortillas for 1 minute. Drain on paper towels and set aside.
In the same skillet, fry the eggs to your liking and season.
Reheat the beans in a skillet with oil. Set aside.
Serve two tortillas on a flat plate, place two eggs on top, and accompany with ranch sauce and beans.
