How to make cracklings in an air fryer

Prepare the traditional crispy pork cracklings with meat in the style of La Ramos! It's perfect for cooking in green sauce, for making gorditas, or simply to enjoy with a good guacamole and pico de gallo.

Place the pork belly on a wooden board and add a little salt. Let it rest for 30 minutes.
Use a knife to remove the salt, add a few drops of lemon, cover with aluminum foil, and bake at 180 °C for 20 minutes.
Remove the aluminum foil and cook the cracklings at 200 °C for 10 to 15 minutes.
