1 package Tía Rosa® Tortillinas® whole grain
2 serrano chiles
1 bunch fresh epazote
200 grams Oaxaca cheese
1/2 onions, finely chopped
1 clove garlic, chopped
300 grams huitlacoche
1 pinch salt
1 pinch pepper
Preparation

Remove the seeds from the chili and chop finely.
Chop the epazote finely.
Shred the Oaxaca cheese.
Fry the onion until it is translucent, then add the garlic, huitlacoche, salt, pepper, epazote, and serrano chili, and fry for 5 more minutes.
Heat a Tortillina® Tía Rosa® Whole Grains®, add a bit of the previous mixture and Oaxaca cheese in the center.
Close and heat on both sides until the cheese is melted.
