A dish with a good amount of fiber and protein, ideal as a healthy breakfast. To take it to the office, store the chicken in a container, carry the sauce in another container, and keep the tortillas and toppings separately.
Cut the tortilla into 8 pieces with scissors (cut in half, then cut in half again, and finally cut the tortilla once more).
Spray a little oil on the tortillas, place them in a baking dish, and microwave for 2 minutes on high. Check if the tortillas are toasted; if they are not ready yet, bake for another 30 seconds.
Heat the sauce and add the shredded chicken breast.
Place the tortillas on a plate, add the sauce with the chicken, sprinkle cilantro and onion. Add the yogurt and serve.
