You have to try this typical Mexican dish, it’s a delicious enmoladas with melted cheese filled with chicken. Serve with tomato, lettuce, onion, and sour cream.
In a medium pot, add the Doña María® mole paste and dissolve it with the chicken broth and sour cream. Cook over low heat until completely dissolved and a homogeneous sauce is obtained.
Add ¼ cup of the mole to a baking dish. Dip each tortilla in the hot sauce, place the shredded chicken in the center, and roll it up, arranging it in the baking dish.
Cover the enmoladas with the remaining mole sauce.
Sprinkle with the cheeses and bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
Serve with onion, lettuce, tomato, and cream and enjoy.
