Delicious baked mini molletes with Hummus Obela®, where the hummus and the preparation ingredients combine perfectly. Both the youngest and the oldest family members will love this recipe.
3 tablespoons fresh cilantro, washed, disinfected, and chopped
2 tablespoons lime juice

Preheat your oven to 180ºC for 10 minutes.
Cut the breads in half, spread them with Hummus Obela® Chipotle, and place a slice of panela cheese on top.
Brush the cheese with olive oil and place the molletes on a tray.
Bake for 10 minutes or until the cheese is lightly browned.
Heat a skillet and cook the chorizo until crispy. Drain most of the fat and transfer the chorizo to a bowl. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
Serve the molletes straight from the oven and enjoy with the chorizo mixture. Yummy!
