Mini Molletes de Hummus Obela® and Chorizo

Delicious baked mini molletes with Hummus Obela®, where the hummus and the preparation ingredients combine perfectly. Both the youngest and the oldest family members will love this recipe.

  • 4 telera rolls, mini
  • 1/2 cups Obela® Hummus, Chipotle
  • 8 slices panela cheese, thin and small
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 cups chorizo, firm, in small cubes.
  • 1/4 cups red onion, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons fresh cilantro, washed, disinfected, and chopped
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • ground black peppers, a pinch

  • Preheat your oven to 180ºC for 10 minutes.
  • Cut the breads in half, spread them with Hummus Obela® Chipotle, and place a slice of panela cheese on top. Brush the cheese with olive oil and place the molletes on a tray.
  • Bake for 10 minutes or until the cheese is lightly browned.
  • Heat a skillet and cook the chorizo until crispy. Drain most of the fat and transfer the chorizo to a bowl. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
  • Serve the molletes straight from the oven and enjoy with the chorizo mixture. Yummy!
