  • 500 grams pork jowl
  • salt
  • 1/4 cups red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 cup tomato, in small cubes
  • 1/4 cups Habanero chile, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cups cilantro, Finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • salt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • corn tortillas, hot
  • 1 cup panela cheese, in strips
  • 1 avocado, in slices

  • Sprinkle the pork jowl with salt, place in the air fryer basket, and cook at 180 °C for 1 hour.
  • Remove the meat from the air fryer and cut into medium cubes. Set aside.
