Pork Pozole

  • 1 bunch radish, chopped
  • 1 Romaine lettuce, chopped

  • Bring the corn to a boil until it completely pops.
  • In a kitchen cloth, put the spices, garlic, and onion, then tie it all up to make a little bundle and place it in the corn that is cooking.
  • When the corn is cooked, add the meat, wait for it to cook, and add salt.
  • Boil the chiles and blend them with the achiote, then pour them into the corn and meat.
  • Once everything is cooked, remove the meat and shred it.
  • Serve the pozole with its accompaniments.
