250 grams queso fresco
vegetable oil, to taste
corn tortillas, necessary amount
salt, to taste
250 grams tomato, cooked and ground with salt (for the sauce)
1 pinch oregano, (for the sauce)
salt, to taste (for the sauce)

Place the thawed La Huerta poblano strips in a deep plate with the eggs and cheese.
Stir everything very well and add salt to taste.
Fry everything in a pan with hot oil.
Make the tacos with the tortillas and top them with sauce.
