Rajas Poblanas Tacos

  • corn tortillas, necessary amount
  • salt, to taste
  • 250 grams tomato, cooked and ground with salt (for the sauce)
  • 1 pinch oregano, (for the sauce)

  • Place the thawed La Huerta poblano strips in a deep plate with the eggs and cheese.
  • Stir everything very well and add salt to taste.
  • Fry everything in a pan with hot oil.
  • Make the tacos with the tortillas and top them with sauce.
