Cut the poblano peppers into strips. Set aside.
Blend sour cream, cream cheese, garlic, onion, salt, and pepper at medium speed. Set aside.
Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat, cook the onion until translucent, then add the corn and the rajas of poblano pepper.
Cook the rajas with cream for 2 minutes, then pour in the cream mixture and cook until it boils and reaches a semi-thick consistency. Adjust the seasoning and remove from heat.
Serve the rajas with cream in a deep plate, garnish with cilantro, and accompany with Sidral Mundet® Mandarin flavor.
