Red Sausage Aguachile

Surely the combination of sausage with a spicy touch is one of your favorites, and that's why we prepared this Red Sausage Aguachile recipe, an ideal food option for Lent. To finish giving it a tangy flavor, serve with onion, tomato, cucumber, cilantro, and a mixture of dried chili powder.   • On a cutting board, slice your FUD® turkey sausages into rounds, place them in a bowl and mix with red onion, cucumber, lime juice, chili powder, cilantro, tomato, salt, and pepper. Marinate for 15 minutes.
