  • 1 kilo skirt steak
  • water
  • 1/4 onions
  • 1 garlic head
  • 4 bay leaves
  • salt
  • black peppercorn
  • vegetable oil
  • 1 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, finely chopped
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 box Ground Tomatoes with Arbol Del Fuerte® Chile, 210 g
  • white rice, to accompany
  • corn tortillas, to accompany

  • Place the flank steak, water, onion, garlic, bay leaf, salt, and pepper in a pressure cooker. Cover and cook for 40 minutes.When cooked, remove from the pot and shred. Set aside.
  • Cook the onion and garlic in a skillet with a little oil. Add the beef, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 5 minutes or until the ingredients begin to change color.
  • Pour the Ground Tomatoes with Chile de Árbol Del Fuerte® and cook for 10 minutes or until ready.
  • Serve the shredded beef stew and accompany with rice and tortillas.
