Sope with Pressed Pork Crackling

You have to try this amazing sope with pressed pork crackling and a flavorful sauce, a craving like no other, it's very easy to make and your family will love it; it's perfect for breakfast or lunch.

  • 500 grams masa dough
  • 500 grams pork rinds, pressed
  • 1/4 onions, chopped 1/4 onions, chopped

  • In a small pot, bring water to a boil and cook the guajillo chiles for 20 minutes
  • Once the chiles are cooked, place them in a blender along with the water in which they were boiled, add the onion and garlic, and blend these ingredients for 1 to 2 minutes
  • Strain the sauce obtained from the guajillo chili
  • In a pan previously greased with oleic oil, fry the pressed pork crackling and shred it with a spoon for 20 minutes.
  • Add the strained sauce to the pan where the pressed pork crackling is being fried and add a pinch of salt (to taste), let it cook for 30 minutes.
  • Once the pressed pork crackling is ready, form the sopes with the dough and heat them up.
  • Once the tortilla is hot, serve the pressed pork crackling on it and prepare it to taste with cilantro, cheese, onion, and sauce to taste.
